We accept returns within30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must beunused,unworn, and in itsoriginal packaging.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for returns.

Personal care or hygiene products once opened
Customized or personalized products

Include yourorder number,reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.
Our support team will provide return instructions if your return is approved.
Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item isdefective,damaged, orincorrect.
Shipping fees arenon-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to youroriginal payment method within5–10 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Contact your credit card company or payment provider

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within7 days of delivery.
Provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue.
We will offer areplacement or full refund at no additional cost.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
